During this visit, our structural engineer will evaluate the property, discuss your concerns, answer questions, and provide recommendations based on observed conditions. If additional engineering services are warranted, we will outline the appropriate next steps.

How Our Process Works

  1. Schedule an On-Site Engineering Consultation
    To get started, schedule an On-Site Engineering Consultation using the link below. This initial visit allows us to evaluate your concerns, discuss existing conditions, and determine the most appropriate course of action.

  2. On-Site Evaluation and Recommendations
    During the consultation, a licensed structural engineer will assess the property, review any observed structural concerns, answer questions, and provide professional recommendations. Many client concerns can be addressed during this visit.

  3. Receive Engineering Documentation (If Required)
    Depending on the findings, additional engineering services may be recommended. These may include a written engineering report, structural calculations, repair recommendations, beam sizing, or other supporting documentation. Any additional services and associated fees will be discussed and authorized before work begins.
