To properly estimate our fees, we need a clear understanding of your desired scope and the property. Please schedule an On-Site Engineering Consultation to get started.

The purpose of the visit is to get to know your property, discuss your renovation scope and feasibility, and identify any potential design/construction constraints. Post visit we will provide you with our fee proposal to render design services.

The initial fee is $325. The fee is applied to any deposits for design services, if you accept our proposal and move forward with our firm.
